Quick Background:
So for the super short version, Rika is a Numan which is a type of artificially created pseudo-human created by Seed, an incredibly advanced AI in charge of massive facility called the Bio-Plant. Seed's actually pretty legit and not evil! Spent about a thousand years conducting biological research, wound up creating Rika as a result of it and then gave her an education and everything because hey, she's like a person with thoughts and feelings which basically makes Seed a daddy!
Then Seed blew itself and more or less the entire Bio-Plant up to stop it from indiscriminately creating monsters by accident because Plot and she might or might not have played a role in stabbing the embodiment of all evil in the face, repeatedly. As you do.
She's inquisitive, curious about everything, likes pretty much everyone and is probably completely down for being friends with anyone unless they're a bad dude, in which can she can and most likely will put very large holes in them. Turns out growing up entirely inside of an artificially built facility does tend to leave you pretty curious about the world, even if she knows a fair bit about it from her studies.
Cool Things She Can Do:
She's tougher than anyone her size has any right to be on top of being fast as hell and can swing around high tech claws capable of putting a hole in a tank, so that's pretty cool! Also she's good at patching people back up with Techniques, which are basically Off-Brand-Magic That's Technically Not Magic, so she can wreck shit and reattach your arm if it falls off! A two-for-one deal!
Only catch is that's really about all she can do, so yanno. If "hit thing with weapons" or "hit thing with weapons a lot" doesn't work there's not a whole lot else to fall back on.
